Enough already!

Chris Weidman has been forced out of his much-anticipated rematch against current Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Middleweight champion Luke Rockhold with an undisclosed injury, according to MMA Fighting.

The title fight was set to headline UFC 199 on June 4, 2016, in Inglewood, Calif., with a trilogy fight between current Bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz taking on Urijah Faber serving as the co-main event.

The promotion is currently looking for a replacement opponent for Rockhold.

As it stands, it seems the top two choices are either Ronaldo Souza or Michael Bisping. Souza is fresh off a dominant first-round win over Vitor Belfort at last weekend’s (Sat., May 14, 2016) pay-per-view (PPV) event in Curitiba, Brazil (see it), which means he’s in great fighting shape.

As for “The Count,” he seems to be good to go, too:

Training camps separate the boys from the men. This sport isn’t for everyone. 2 weeks notice? I’m down!!! @ufc #realfighter #fightersfighter
