During his ongoing drama with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), which cost the UFC 200 pay-per-view (PPV) event its original headliner, reigning featherweight champion Conor McGregor was doing great there for a minute or two.
Until SBG Ireland head cheese John Kavanagh went and screwed the whole thing up.
That’s according to one of the best to ever manipulate play the game, former two-time middleweight title contender and master of the pre-fight promo, Chael Sonnen, who explains how McGregor got outed by his own coach in the days after his faux-retirement on Twitter.

It’s your move.’ He can’t do that and three days later have you come out saying hey fans, please petition and get him back. You can’t do it! It’s never good for a trainer or manager to do this. Whether it comes from a good place or not, you look like you’re trying to get paid.
