It looks like the man who killed mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Jordan Parsons in a hit-and-run incident six days ago has been arrested in Delray Beach, Florida.
Dennis Wright, 28, had a license that was suspended six times and is facing some serious charges, which include leaving the scene of a crash causing death. The Delray Beach Police Department (DBPD) took to Facebook earlier today to announce the arrest:
Parsons last fought at Bellator 146 in a loss to Bubba Jenkins by way of split decision. At just 25 years of age, he possessed a bright future as a member of the renowned Blackzilians.
The DBPD also stated that the 2013 Range Rover Sport involved in the crash has been found. Wright was also allegedly at the Buddha Sky Bar on the night of the accident, which could indicate a potential DUI.
