A pair of UFC veterans are heading to Invicta FC.
Kelly Faszholz and Milana Dudieva have both signed deals with Invicta, the promotion announced Monday. Both were recently removed from the UFC roster.
Faszholz (3-2) had a Fight of the Night performance in her UFC debut, a loss to Lauren Murphy, in February 2016, but was not brought back after falling to Ketlen Vieira by split decision in October. The 31-year-old California native is still a promising talent in the women’s bantamweight division.
Dudieva (11-5) had been with the UFC since 2014. The Russia native has lost two straight, including a third-round TKO defeat against Marion Reneau in November. Dudieva, 27, beat Elizabeth Phillips, now also in Invicta, in her UFC debut. Dudieva will be competing for Invicta in the flyweight division, per a press release.
Also signed by Invicta this week were Bobbi Jo Dalziel (3-0), a lightweight fighter, and Kelly D’Angelo (2-0). Dalziel has finishes of Invicta veterans Andria Wawro and Tamikka Brents on her record. D’Angelo owns a win over Invicta fighter Samantha Diaz.
Invicta’s next event, Invicta 22, will feature a rematch between bantamweight champion Tonya Evinger and Yana Kunitskaya in the main event March 25 in Kansas City.
