Yes, Cormier is definitely paddling upstream. “DC” is a great fighter and worthy champion, quite arguably the second best 205-pound fighter in history. Were it not for Jones, Cormier would be known as the best, a likable champion with some real blood-and-guts wars on his record. Sadly, Jones haunts Cormier as the only man to best him.
