Joe Schilling earned a technical knockout (TKO) victory over Jason Wilnis at GLORY 24 on Friday night (Oct. 9, 2015) in Denver, Colo. In the co-main event, Dustin Jacoby upset Wayne Barrett by TKO, and Benjamin Adegbuyi finished Mladen Brestovac by split decision to win the heavyweight “Contender” tournament. The GLORY 24 main event looked to be headed to an exciting final round on Friday night (Oct. 9, 2015) in Denver, Colo., inside the Magness Arena, but it ended in anti-climactic fashion.
Joe Schilling defeated Jason Wilnis by technical knockout after the Dutchman couldn’t answer the bell for the third round due to an injury to his left foot. The official time of the stoppage is 3:00 of round two.
Schilling looked outstanding early on and was moving in and out on Wilnis and consistently landing his push kick to set up the rest of his offensive output and aggressive attack.
