Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women’s bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey, came up short in her mixed martial arts (MMA) return at UFC 207, where she was smashed by reigning division queenpin Amanda Nunes in the pay-per-view (PPV) main event back on Dec. 30, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

But was she outclassed, or simply privileged unprepared?

According to former roommate, fellow Olympian, and part-time Peeping Tom, Kayla Harrison, Rousey has the skill to reclaim her place atop the 135-pound mountain, but not the support system.

Harrison elaborates to TMZ:

“I think she has a lot of people around her who maybe don’t have Ronda’s best interests at heart. So I think she should take a good, hard look at that and maybe go back to the Day Ones. Maybe go back to her family. Maybe go back to her original coaches who helped her be successful and maybe say, ‘Okay, these people I know really do care about me as Ronda – not as a fighter, not as a money-making machine, not as an actress, not as a celebrity, but as Ronda.”

I can’t imagine who she’s talking about.

The reason for all the hullabaloo surrounding Rousey’s knockout loss to Nunes (recap), aside from the fact that it came directly after Holly Holm crushed her at UFC 193, is that it stands in such contrast to the 12-0 fighter who ruled the bantamweight division with an iron fist.

Was she really overrated like people suggest, or just that mentally fragile?

When in doubt, blame the idiots.
