If so, these folks will be waiting.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will welcome former women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey back to the Octagon later tonight (Fri., Dec. 30, 2016) for the UFC 207 pay-per-view (PPV) event, which takes place inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

That’s where “Rowdy” and her “scary” mental state will collide with reigning division titleholder Amanda Nunes in the five-round headliner, though most sportsbooks expect it to end much, much sooner (see those numbers here).

But will UFC 207 be the last time we see “Rowdy” inside the cage?

“I think if Ronda wins, we will see her again,” UFC President Dana White told ESPN. “If she loses, I don’t know. She’s very competitive, so if she loses I’ll have to see how this thing plays out.”

Rousey teased retirement during a recent appearance on Ellen (see it).

The big question surrounding Rousey’s future in mixed martial arts (MMA) is how durable she will be — mentally speaking — in the weeks and months to come. The ex-champ would not make her UFC comeback unless she was protected from the media, leading to speculation that UFC 207 will be her swan song.

All signs point to yes?
