Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller’s domestic violence trial kicks off with explicit sex details

Lawyers warned the jury they’d see ‘dick pics’ and hear about golden showers.

Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller is finally getting his day in court, over three years after felony charges were filed against him for domestic violence against a girlfriend. And like most things involving Mayhem, the story only gets crazier the more you learn about it.

Prosecutors contend that Miller assaulted his then-girlfriend in two separate incidents and then stalked her with threatening messages through social media. His lawyers claim that the accusations are completely fabricated and the act of a jilted ex that Jason broke up with over the fallout from a threesome.

MyNewsLA has a more detailed breakdown of the situations from both sides of the case, while TMZ Sports has you covered for the more salacious aspects of the trial, including this eyebrow raising opening statement from one of Miller’s lawyers.

“Their sex life, you’re gonna hear about,” he warned jurors. “They exchanged photos, you’re gonna see some pictures, they’re known in the colloquial as ‘dick pics.’ You’re gonna see pictures of Mr. Miller’s penis in this case. They have a provocative sex life, threesomes, other women, sex parties, rough sex, choking, peeing, golden showers, golden showers where someone gets urinated on. They have some of that, that night. Mr. Miller urinates on her in the shower, he pees on here … they do a little of that, they have some fun.”

This is hardly the only legal trouble Miller has experienced over the past few years. Honestly, the phrase ‘Jason Miller stays out of trouble with the police’ would be bigger news considering the frequency in which Mayhem gets arrested. There was his infamous naked church break and entry, an assault charge involving his sister, these domestic abuse and stalking charges, a SWAT team stand-off when police tried to arrest Miller for the abuse and stalking charges, a vandalism arrest, and an arrest for drunkenly fighting with two women outside of a bar.

Miller has insisted he’s being unfairly targeted by local law enforcement. Whatever the truth may be, it’s a sad turn of events for a fighter that was once a rising star in both cage fighting and the entertainment world.
