Jon Jones wasted no time getting to work after being released from jail Thursday.
In a video reposted to Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA’s Instagram account, the former UFC light heavyweight champ blasted some mitts with striking coach Brandon Gibson, showing off the latest improvements to his stand-up attack.
In the caption, Jones acknowledged his latest slip up and his apparent re-dedication to MMA, saying:
Won’t let nothing disturb my peace. Right back to work.. Round five out of seven. Them Ramen noodles got me feeling right
