Latest UFC rankings: Alexander Gustafsson holds steady, Ryan Bader improves to No. 3 following UFC 192

And guess who got punished for missing weight… Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) updated its “official” fighter rankings in the wake of last weekend’s UFC 192 pay-per-view (PPV) mixed martial arts (MMA) event, which took place on Saturday night (Oct. 3, 2015) inside Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.

Alexander Gustafsson didn’t lose any ground, sitting pretty at No. 2 following his “Fight of the Night” against reigning 205-pound kingpin Daniel Cormier. Probably because “The Mauler” — as he’s done in the past — looked good in defeat, taking “DC” to the absolute limit.

Rashad Evans, however, was not as lucky. “Suga” slipped one spot to No. 6 after succumbing to the resurgent Ryan Bader (video). “Darth” was the second biggest winner of the night — behind the streaking Julianna Pena — jumping up to No. 3 in what was his fifth straight win.
