The mixed martial arts world has gathered to mourn one of its own.

Bellator featherweight Jordan Parsons passed away on Wednesday, succumbing from injuries sustained in a hit-and-run accident this past Sunday in Delray Beach, Fla. He was just 25 years old.

Anyone with information regarding the accident is urged to contact the Delray Beach Police Department at 561-243-7810. The suspect is believed to be driving either a 2012 or 2013 Range Rover Sport with damage to its left side.

On Wednesday, the community took time to remember Parsons, and the talent that was stolen from this world far too soon.
