No one is immune to their parents’ criticisms. That even applies to UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey… and her coach.
Rousey has never been one to hold her tongue when asked about anything, and it’s certainly easy to see where she got her inspiration when you listen to her mom, AnnMaria De Mars, speak.
While it seems it would be difficult to pinpoint a weakness in Rousey with all that she has achieved by becoming an Olympic medalist, UFC champion, successful actress, author, role model, and all-around tour de force; De Mars recently zeroed in on one aspect of her daughter’s career of which she is extremely critical… her coach, Edmond Tarverdyan of Glendale Fighting Club in Los Angeles.
