Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) made some last-minute changes to its lightweight co-main event for the upcoming UFC Fight Night 99 mixed martial arts (MMA) fight card on Nov. 19, 2016, in Belfast, Ireland.

James Krause out, Steven Ray in to fight Ross Pearson.

Ray (19-6) was in cruise control after crossing over from the ranks of Cage Warriors Fighting Championship (CWFC) in 2015, racking up three straight wins under the UFC banner. “Braveheart” suffered his first loss inside the Octagon just last month at the hands of Alan Patrick.

Onward and upward.

Pearson (19-12) hasn’t won back-to-back fights in over three years and is in desperate need of a win. “Real Deal” is currently on a two-fight losing streak, getting upended by Jorge Masvidal at UFC 201 back in July.

Who ya’ got?

UFC Fight Night 99 will be headlined by the middleweight rematch pitting Uriah Hall against Gegard Mousasi. Elsewhere on the card, Timothy Johnson and Alexander Volkov bang it out for heavyweight bragging rights.
