The complete UFC 196 fight card will air later this evening (Sat., March 5, 2016) on two different stations — FOX Sports 1 and pay-per-view (PPV) — as well as online via “Fight Pass” digital network. UFC 196’s “Prelims” undercard will begin at 6:30 p.m. online via “Fight Pass” before transitioning to the FOX Sports 1 television station at 8 p.m. ET.

Once the UFC 196 undercard is complete, the action will pick up on PPV at 10 p.m. ET, starting with a potential No. 1 women’s Bantamweight contender eliminator match between Amanda Nunes vs. Valentina Shevchenko. Then it’s a fun Light Heavyweight showdown between The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 19 winner, Corey Anderson, against Octagon jester Tom Lawlor. And third from the top of the PPV bill is a hard-hitting 205-pound showdown between Gian Villante vs. Ilir Latifi.
Leading the charge is UFC’s brightest male star, and current 145-pound champion, Conor McGregor, who will attempt to jump up two weight classes and dispatch of long-time veteran — and former No. 1 Lightweight title challenger — Nate Diaz in a non-title Welterweight showdown. Not to outdone, undefeated women’s Bantamweight champion Holly Holm will look to remain perfect — and defend her 135-pound title for the first time ever — at the expense of Miesha Tate.
It’s going to be wild!
UFC 196: “McGregor vs. Diaz” will cost $49.99 to watch on PPV (exclusions may, and often do, apply based on geographic location).
