The complete UFC 198 fight card will air later this evening (Sat., May 14, 2016) on two different stations — FOX Sports 1 and pay-per-view (PPV) — as well as online via “Fight Pass” digital network. UFC 198’s “Prelims” undercard will begin at 6:30 p.m. online via “Fight Pass” before transitioning to the FOX Sports 1 television station at 8 p.m. ET.

Once the UFC 198 undercard is complete, the action will pick up on PPV at 10 p.m. ET, starting with Bryan Barberena attempting to build off his recent upset over Sage Northcutt at the expense of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF): “Brazil 3” Middleweight winner, Warlley Alves. Then it’s a past meets present Light Heavyweight showdown between mixed martial arts (MMA) legend, Mauricio Rua, taking on TUF 19 winner, Corey Anderson. And third from the top of the PPV bill is perhaps one of the most anticipated Octagon debuts in recent memory when Cris Cyborg collides with Leslie Smith in a 140-pound Catchweight fight.
Leading the charge is UFC’s Heavyweight champion, Fabricio Werdum, who will attempt to defend his 265-pound title once more — in front of a loud and proud hometown crowd inside Arena da Baixada in Curitiba, Brazil — against No. 3-ranked division contender, Stipe Miocic. In the co-main event. Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza and Vitor Belfort will lock Brazilian horns with, potentially, a future 185-pound title shot on the line.
UFC 198, even with the loss of former Middleweight champion, Anderson Silva (details here), is stacked!
UFC 198: “Werdum vs. Miocic” will cost $49.99 to watch on PPV (exclusions may, and often do, apply based on geographic location).
