The UFC Fight Night 81: Dillashaw vs. Cruz fight card, slated for Sunday in Boston, has undergone a couple last-minute changes.
According to UFC officials Mairbek Taisumov and Abdul-Kerim Edilov have both been forced off the card. Although no official explanation was offered, London-based publication The Sun is reporting that Taisumov had to withdraw due to visa issues.

“Stepping in for Taisumov to face Chris Wade in a lightweight bout is Mehdi Baghdad, most recently seen as a competitor on season 22 of The Ultimate Fighter,” read a post on UFC.com.
“In the light heavyweight division, Iowa veteran Elvis Mutapcic will make his UFC debut against Brazil’s Francimar Barroso as he replaces Edilov.”
UFC Fight Night 81 features a bantamweight championship fight between current titleholder TJ Dillashaw and former champ Dominick Cruz. It marks the first time that a UFC championship bout has headlined an Fight Night event on FOX Sports 1.
