If anyone is still interested in watching Alexander Gustafsson try to rebound against Rashad Evans, then “The Mauler” needs to get himself in front of his Swedish physician sooner, rather than later.
That’s because the former light heavyweight title contender has been sat until April, following injuries sustained at the UFC 192 pay-per-view (PPV) event, which took place last Saturday night (Oct. 3, 2015) inside Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.
His opponent, Daniel Cormier, is out until Nov. 18.
Elsewhere on the UFC 192 fight card (full results and video highlights here), heavyweight Shawn Jordan and featherweight Yair Rodriguez were benched indefinitely, but can have those hefty sentences reversed with proper medical follow-up.
