“Rowdy” is UFC’s biggest attraction to both hardcore and casual MMA fans.

Holly Holm’s upset of Ronda Rousey (video) at the UFC 193 pay-per-view (PPV) last November shook up the box office big time.

In addition to drawing a record-setting crowd of 56,214 mixed martial arts (MMA) fans, who packed inside Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, the female-driven card cruised past the 1 million threshold in terms of PPV purchases.
