In the main event, Michael Bisping pulled off one of the greatest upsets in UFC history, violently knocking out Luke Rockhold in the first round to become the undisputed UFC Middleweight Champion (highlights here).
In the co-main event, Dominick Cruz absolutely outclassed his arch rival Urijah Faber in a masterful and clinical performance to defend his UFC Bantamweight title, and once and for all end his historic rivalry with “The California Kid” as the victor.

Who Should He Fight Next: Luke Rockhold
While many fight fans hoped longtime UFC veteran Michael Bisping could some how pull off a victory over the dangerous champ Luke Rockhold at UFC 199, nobody in their right minds truly believed “The Count” was capable of the upset.
After a violent and shocking first round knockout, Bisping is the new UFC Middleweight champion, nearly 10 years to the day of his UFC debut.
The win was the culmination of Bisping’s life work. The fight was his first title shot in 26 UFC fights, and was his 19th victory with the promotion, tying him for first all-time with Georges St-Pierre.
Regardless of where the brash Englishman goes from here, he will be a UFC Champion and Hall of Famer.
