Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) penciled in a “Super” lightweight bout for its upcoming UFC 200 pay-per-view (PPV) fight card, as Sage Northcutt is expected to battle Enrique Marin on Sat., July 9, 2016 inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
But it was touch and go there for a minute, thanks to case of MRSA, which sent the Tristar product to the hospital. But don’t fret, he’s back and soon to be better than ever.
Thanks everyone for the Prayers ✝ I’m back from the Hospital and I’ll be training in a week for UFC 200! pic.twitter.com/2zi7IlCUaC

Northcutt (7-1) watched his hype train fly off the tracks after a recent trip to welterweight left him submitted in the second round (a lot of that going around these days). Now back in the 155-pound weight class, “Super” looks to prove he’s worth the hefty price tag.
Assuming he can stay healthy.
Standing in his way is Martin (8-3), who dropped a split decision his last time out. “Wasabi” captured six straight — with five finishes — on the international circuit before debuting with the world’s largest mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion last November.
UFC 200 will feature the light heavyweight rematch pitting Daniel Cormier against Jon Jones. In the featherweight co-main event, Frankie Edgar and Jose Aldo will run it back for an interim title, as well as the chance to fight Conor McGregor later this year.
