There is a lot to think about entering Conor McGregor’s rematch with Nate Diaz later tonight (Sat., Aug. 20, 2016) at UFC 202 live on pay-per-view (PPV) from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. McGregor is entering his first rematch of his career, while Diaz is going for his first two-fight win streak at 170 pounds since 2010. And both men will try to eclipse their initial encounter at UFC 196 this past March produced at the box office.
Not to mention the action itself, which will force McGregor to test his endurance, shot selection and power output more than ever. As for Diaz, he’ll be expected to land more shots in the early going, deliver split-second counter strikes and elude the Irishman’s predicted finish.
