Bloody Elbow is the place to be for live coverage of the UFC 210: Cormier vs. Johnson 2 pay-per-view on Saturday,April 8th at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. The main event features a light heavyweight championship rematch between current titleholder Daniel Cormier and challenger Anthony Johnson. Cormier submitted Johnson by rear-naked choke to win the vacant belt at UFC 187 in May 2015.

What drama at the UFC 210 weigh-ins in Buffalo, New York! It looked as if Daniel Cormier had lost his light heavyweight title on the scales by coming in at 206.2 lbs, a full 1.2 lbs over the limit. Incredibly, Cormier weighed again (little did I know that you could do that under the early weigh-in rules) and came in at 205 lbs, with a not-so-subtle holding down of the towel. By sheer coincidence, Anthony Johnson weighed in shortly after Cormier (and just before the 11 AM ET deadline) and came in at 203.8 lbs … 1.2 lbs under the limit. Hmm…

We will have more posts on this chaotic end to the UFC 210 weigh-ins, which otherwise saw everyone else make weight. Here are the complete results:
