The UFC light heavyweight belt is on the line as Daniel Cormier and Anthony Johnson fight for the second time. Here’s how to get tickets.
Tickets for UFC 210, which takes place at the Keybank Center in Buffalo, New York on April 8th, 2017, will go on sale to the general public this Friday February 17th at 10am EST. But for those in the know, a pre-sale has already kicked off today (Thursday February 16th) at noon. You can access that at Tickets.com using the pre-sale code BUFFALO.
UFC 210 features the hotly anticipated rematch between UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier and hard hitting Anthony “Rumble” Johnson. The two previously met at UFC 187 in May 2015, with Cormier tiring Johnson out with an unrelenting pressure game before submitting him in the third via rear naked choke. Waiting in the wings is Jon Jones, who was dethroned by personal issues outside the cage.
In the co-main event, Chris Weidman will look to get himself back onto the middleweight title contention track, but to do so he’ll have to beat Gegard Mousasi, who is on a serious surge lately. His past three fights have resulted in TKOs of Thiago Santos, Vitor Belfort, and Urijah Hall. Can he keep the streak alive against a competitor like Weidman, or will the “All-American” be too much for Mousasi?
Currently, the undercard also features Patrick Cummins vs Jan Blachowicz, Will Brooks vs Charles Oliveira, and Katlyn Chookagian vs Irene Aldana amongst others. And who knows? When it comes to New York state, the UFC likes to stack the card. Perhaps another last second addition to the card like Anderson Silva vs Derek Brunson for UFC 208 is in the cards? We can only hope.
