Check out the fourth episode of Embedded for UFC 216.
UFC 216 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the fourth episode for this weekend’s big show in Vegas, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
Demetrious Johnson is shopping and meeting fans, and he is getting a green screen for his Twitch studio. Ray Borg is at the Performance Institute, talking about his nutrition ahead of the weigh-in.
Forrest Griffin is with Derrick Lewis, talking about measuring the water in his body. He tells Lewis, after taking a measurement, that he has 160.5 pounds of water in him. Damn. That’s in the optimal range. Fabricio Werdum is walking around scaring everyone.
Tony Ferguson signs some posters, then checks out his new Reebok gear. Kevin Lee goes and sees some sick kids in the hospital. One kid lands a couple of clean shots when they fight, and Lee taps out. He then drives around Vegas a bit and talks about finding ways to push Ferguson’s buttons.
It’s Ultimate Media Day now. Everyone talks up their fights. They do their face offs, and Ferguson lets out a big howl and spreads his arms, which scares Dana White. “F—king did it to me again.” That was funny. Even Lee laughed as he was coming off stage.
As they set up for a media spot, Ferguson is singing and it’s annoying Lee. They talk some smack back and forth, and Ferguson even talks some smack to Daniel Cormier trying to jump in the middle. Lee likes it.
And that’s it!
