UFC Fight Night 87 predictions, preview, and analysis

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) comes rumbling back into our lives this weekend for a special Sunday (May 8, 2016) mixed martial arts (MMA) extravaganza as UFC Fight Night 87: “Overeem vs. Arlovski” takes place inside Ahoy Rotterdam in Netherlands.

Happy Mother’s Day! Now let’s watch men in shorts beat the shit out of each other.

Headlining the FOX Sports 1 fight card is a pair of former heavyweight champions in Alistair Overeem and Andrei Arlovski. The former could be one big win from a crack at the UFC crown, while the latter is trying to rebuild some momentum after last January’s setback.

Eight of his 11 losses have come by way of knockout.

For “Pitbull” fans, it has to be maddening. Here we have a heavyweight fighter who not only has the look, but also the punching power, Sambo skills, and raw athleticism to make him a superstar. But ….View full article
