With The Ultimate Fighter serving as the main avenue in discovering budding stars, UFC has begun to think outside the box en route to signing top-level prospects.
UFC president Dana White has gone back to his roots as a recruiter with the help of long-time friend Nick “The Tooth” Gullo and former UFC Welterweight champion Matt Serra. Together they have hit the road in search of new talent on a show called “Lookin’ for a Fight.”
