Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk has been nominated for 2015 Polish Athlete of the Year, according to MMA Fighting, and fans have until Jan. 8, 2016 to cast their votes for the mixed martial arts (MMA) phenom.

The 28-year-old Jedrzejczyk went 3-0 in 2015, first by stripping the title from Carla Esparza, then by defending it against the likes of Jessica Penne and Valerie Letourneau. Her next title defense is expected to take place this spring against Brazilian rival Claudia Gadelha.
Not surprisingly, she’s already back in the gym training.

“I have so many fans in Poland, and I’m getting more and more attention from the media and all kinds of different people,” Jedrzejczyk told UFC.com. “But the UFC is more popular [in U.S.] than in Poland. I’m happy with all of my fans, but here, it’s something different, bigger and crazier.”
Anyone care to take a guess as to how long her title reign lasts?
