PRIDE veteran Charles Bennett was on the receiving end of a face-plant KO in China.

Charles Bennett, better known in MMA circles as Krazy Horse, was on the receiving end of a brutal knockout that left him face-planted on the canvas.

The 37-year-old PRIDE veteran competed in a mixed rules match in China, for a promotion called Martialism Square or MAS. The organization has their own ruleset, with fighters competing in only one 9-minute round, and is basically Muay Thai with MMA gloves, and standing submissions allowed.

Krazy Horse took on an accomplished Belarusian Muay Thai champion in Andrei Kulebin, and it didn’t end up well for the MMA fighter. Watch below as Kulebin landed a huge highlight reel knee that ended the fight:

Prior to the finish, Bennett was also knocked off the ring after taking a big body kick.

Bennett competed with numerous MMA organizations such as KOTC and Elite XC, but is perhaps well known for his 5-fight stint with PRIDE. He was involved in that infamous backstage brawl with Chute Boxe fighters Christiano Marcello and then PRIDE champ Wanderlei Silva.

After years away from the sport, Bennett returned to MMA competition in 2015 and has compiled a 4-4 record since that time.
