Dana White spoke about topics such as Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather, and Donald Trump.
In one of those TMZ-style ambush interviews, Dana White was caught on camera in LAX, when he was asked about the proposed boxing match between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather.
“I don’t know, probably not for a while, but I believe it will happen,” White said. “There’s too much money involved to not happen.”
According to the UFC President, despite what most people are saying, the winner of the fight isn’t “guaranteed.”
“The great thing about fights, is you never know who’s going to win. Believe me, there’s a lot of weekends where I put on fights, and people think they’re not going to win, and they do. That’s the crazy thing about the fight business. If people think it’s guaranteed that Floyd is going to win that fight, why would you pay for it? There’s no guarantees. Conor is 27, Floyd is 40. Conor’s the bigger, stronger guy. He has knockout power. It’s an interesting fight.”
White also spoke about President Donald Trump in the pretty random video.
“I spoke at the RNC, so I’m a huge supporter,” he said. “Listen, everybody needs to give him a chance. I can tell you this, I got 17 years experience with this guy — always been good to me, always been a stand-up guy. Give him a chance and lets see what happens.”
