Indulge in those pancakes guilt-free this morning with GAT | SNACKS Recipe: Supertein™ Chocolate Pancakes #CompeteHarder #Protein #Recipe #TeamGAT #Pancakes

What you’ll need:
2 scoops #Supertein Rich Chocolate Lean Protein
2 tablespoons Gluten Free Baking Mix
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 tablespoons Flax Seeds
2 Whole Eggs
4 tablespoons Milk
Fruit of choice

Directions:
1) In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients together with a whisk.
2) In a separate bowl, combine the egg, banana and almond milk.
3) Gently pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while mixing. Do not over-mix.
4) Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray.
5) Pour 1/4-cup of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6) After pancakes cool, top with fruit of choice. Enjoy!
